Chief Executive Officer, Vision 770, Mr. Eli Lallouz said parents and guardians need to be sensitive by giving more attention to their children or wards eyes before the age of four.
According to him, his mother detected his eyes problem when he was barely four years old, and he was glad to be able to see clearly and that has enhanced his productivity.
Lallouz, who is also known as the eyes man by lots of refugee claimants and asylum seekers explained in a chat with Olabisi Olaleye that every child’s eyes should be examined yearly in case there are problem. And early detection of any eye problem, he said is the best,and the fees are usually free.

We have lots of people suffering from violence and as key citizen, I feel that most people have passed through lots of mistakes, hardships, and we have the obligation to help the people who have come from diverse countries with family and other related issues. We must as citizen keep them safe and ensure that they integrate into the system. Our office is based in Montreal , Quebec and we always try to help refugees and our secretary is a refugee too . We employed her because she has a positive attitude.
As a licensed optician in Canada and Quebec, we have the ability to help people see better. Once, someone can see better, he becomes more productive and that is where Vision 770 comes in. I have been licensed in the last three years, I have been in school, did my stage (internship)in the hospital and I have been in the field in the last seven years.
