Omo Tailor Returns With The Future

Michael Alade Badejo, the young fashion sensation in Lagos, Nigeria, is set to unveil a new clothing collection tagged:  ‘The Future.’
In a chat with GtechnewsBadejo, the creative director of Omo Tailor London, said this new project would be launched in a couple of weeks (April).
Badejo, born in Lagos in July 1994, is known for his fashion brand Omo Tailor London 1967 and Badejo Culture “.
Omo Tailor is a versatile Nigerian fashion designer and events planner who mastered crafting native and corporate designs.
He has in his kitty the Fashion designer of the year Global Awards 2021  and was nominated fashion designer of the year
African Fashion Awards 2022.
Badejo, when prodded, said the global lockdown impacted heavily on his business, but he is ready for the future.
“The project is finally here; the Future. After the undeniable effects of the lockdown, I have come out more robust, and I am back in the fashion business.
“The  Future Collection, our much-awaited look book, is here. This collection uses four main elements: cashmere, cotton, checkers and Ghana kente, which tells effortless and understated premium fashion quality.”
Badejo explained that after departing from his family’s fashion company Badejo culture  in 2019, he floated his company a subsect of Badejo culture.
He has introduced two clothing collections: Africana Afrobeats T-shirts (2019)and Olowo EKo (2021), since his company came on board, making ‘The future Collection’  a third for his company.
