NASENI CEO Advocates Human Capital Importance

The CEO of The National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure, NASENI, Khalil Halilu, has emphasized the importance of human capital development and staff motivation to position the agency as a leader in Science, Technology, and Innovation.

He mentioned this During the opening ceremony of a 5-day training for the staff of Information, New Media, and Protocol.

Halilu highlighted that training is essential for the growth and technological advancement of the organization.

“We are building a new NASENI where one of the overarching goals is to have well trained employees with knowledge and requisite technical, vocational and management skills required for the Agency’s growth and technology advancement”. He said .

The NASENI Boss mentioned that the Agency seeks to industrialize Nigeria through collaboration, creation, and commercialization and has signed new memoranda of understanding for projects such as a coal-based fertilizer plant and an electric vehicle factory.

The training program aims to keep the staff up to date with international trends and standards in media and protocols. The agency’s directors encourage participants to adapt to new strategies and to combat fake news.
