Why We Are Still In Biz- VDT boss

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of VDT Communications Ltd , Mr Biodun Omoniyi has given cogent reasons that the company is still relevant and in business despite the country’s unconducive business environment.
Omoniyi, who was speaking at the weekend during the annual Customers Forum of the company, which held in Lagos, said integrity and efficient service delivery have been the company’s mainstay.
“What does the customers want from us? But for us to deliver superior value by focusing and listening to the customers through our interactions. We have been around for 16 years and delivering value across all the sectors of the economy particularly banks.
“For 16 years, we provide terrestrial services and grew from five points locations to 108 point locations. Our aim is to be 100 percent guaranteed in terms of service delivery and continue with the nation’s development through our Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)”.
VDT, an Internet Service Provider,also received the Standard Organisation of Nigeria (SON) ISO 9001: 2015 certificate, an advanced quality management system certificate. And the certificate was awarded during the event.
The CEO further stated that the latest certification was a signal for more hard work.
He disclosed that the annual event, which held since the past five years was meant to get feedback from customers. He added that feed backs have helped the organisation to grow better.
Three new products were unveiled at the event. These products include the VDT LTE(long term evolution), cloud technology service and wifi hotspots in three locations on Victoria Island, Egbeda and Ikoyi respectively.
